XL³ S enclosures
The XL3 S range has been specially designed to make the panel builder’s job easier. The strength and reliability of factory-assembled XL3 S enclosures, the comprehensive range, plus the numerous accessories offering a high degree of flexibility in installation are the main advantages of this new range.

The offer consists of 3 families in order to adapt to your site requirements as much as possible:
- XL³ S 160 for distribution boards up to 160 A (residential and small commercial buildings)
- XL³ S 630 for distribution boards up to 630 A (office buildings)
- XL³ S 4000 for distribution boards up to 4000 A (standard commercial buildings)
XL³ S 160: ready-to-use one-piece modular cabinets
One-piece cabinets which can be surface-mounted or flush-mounted, XL³ S 160 solutions have a capacity of 2 to 8 rows, with 24 or 36 modules per row. They offer the option of very large capacities (up to 288 modules) and can be joined together to satisfy the requirements of commercial sector sites.
Thanks to their removable chassis, their removable multi-row faceplate, or even their adjustable DIN rails, the cabinets offer real installation flexibility.
They can be equipped with reversible doors (metal or glass), and take MCBs or MCCBs
(DRX 125 and DPX³ 160).
XL³ S 630 & 4000: faster installation time and ease of assembly
Rugged distribution enclosures. Available in 3 widths of 16, 24 or 36 modules/row, XL³ S 630 and 4000 enclosures offer good installation flexibility depending on the choice of circuit breaker. Fixing plates and faceplates with
cut-outs can house the various protection devices up to 630 A or 4000 A depending on the enclosure size.
They can be joined together with dedicated kits, and equipped with metal or glass reversible doors, for protection of up to IP 43.
They come with numerous accessories for easier installation and maintenance: universal plates, adjustable DIN rails, lifting rings, blanking plates, clip-on holders for self-adhesive labels, etc.
XL³ S 630 & 4000: copper or aluminium distribution
Systems of crosspieces and insulating supports for busbars up to 630 A or 4000 A have been designed to adapt easily to the different enclosure widths/depths and different mounting positions, to save you as much time as possible during installation.
Rigidity & reliability
Factory-assembled, ensuring optimum quality, XL³ S enclosures are metal solutions with a
one-piece structure: this gives them maximum rigidity.
They are certified by an independent body (LOVAG), which allows you to build assemblies certified IEC 61439-2 and -3.
